Creating brands and immersive brands experiences
Our objective was to plan and execute a 3-day conference and test drive event for ZF Aftermarket in Shaoxing, China. We needed to select ideal venues, including tracks, hotels, and restaurants, while branding the spaces to align with ZF Aftermarket’s identity. Coordinating the logistics for a German team traveling to China was also a key challenge to ensure a smooth event flow.

Despite the tight 20-day timeline, we successfully coordinated every aspect of the event, including selecting one of Shaoxing’s top tracks for the test drive sessions. The conference, test drive activities, gala dinner, and smaller workshops were planned.
